VASTU FOR SLEEPING DIRECTION

Sleep helps us to rejuvenate ourselves.With a good night’s sleep, we cleanse our tiredness and start afresh. So, it is very important to have a proper sleep to maintain sound health and rhythms in our life.

Effect of Earth’s magnetic field on sleep : should we sleep with our head towards North or South ?

  There is an old debate regarding the perfect sleeping position.There is a concept that we should not sleep with our head towards north.Let us see the scientific explanation behind this.

   The magnetic field of Earth is active towards North and South axis.Our body also has its own magnetic field and our head is the North pole.If we sleep with our head towards north then two north poles shall repel each other. It may have following negative impacts on health :

# Negative effect on nervous system
# Can cause irregular blood pressure
# Disturbed and low quality sleep

       What should we do?

       We should sleep with our head towards South. As opposite poles attract each other and as our head is North pole, sleeping with our head towards south will cause sound sleep and can help in maintaining good health.

      Another direction we can sleep with our head towards is East.This is auspicious direction because East is the direction where Sun rises.

 The directions/zones we should avoid sleeping:

 South of South West   

  This is a Vastu zone which is responsible for all disposal activities.If any part of our body or whole body comes in this position, then it can seriously make impact on health and the whole life.

 East of South East 

  If anybody sleeps in this zone of churning and anxiety, it can cause baseless tension and overthinking.It can result in increasing stress level and can cause high blood sugar level.

  We should always choose the sleeping direction and position carefully and as per Vastu Shastra Principles. Our life should always be in harmony with nature and larger cosmos to achieve  the enrichment and prosperity we deserve.
