Mr. Mehta ( name changed) is a well known businessman.He always maintains very cordial relationship with his customers.He has an outstanding ability to build long lasting connection with people.This has actually been very much fruitful for his business indeed.Not only his customers,but also his staff and labourers also respect him very much.

       In any kind of situation, Mr. Mehta can keep his cool very efficiently. If the other person gets excited or angry, Mr. Mehta always makes it sure to get the other person convinced with his incomparable pleasant personality and charming behaviour.

       Samir (name changed) has always been very hard working,friendly and co operating employee in his office.His colleagues liked him for his cheerful nature.He always helped others, did his duties appropriately.But, the things deteriorated since last 3-4 months.He could no longer maintain his joyful nature both in home and office.He always remained irritated and failed to keep his calm.

     Which was making things worse was that he was losing his temper over petty issues.All these were definitely taking a heavy toll on his professional life.He was no longer being able to perform well in his official projects like before and this became a big hindrance in the path of his professional progress.

     Above are two different stories from two different scenarios.But, can you find one common thing in two different stories? Yes, my friend , the common aspect is the approach towards life.More precisely, we are talking about CONFIDENCE in approach or lack of it.

     Let me tell you another story.Rabin(name changed) was running a cloth business which he inherited from his ancestors.The business was giving him decent return.Last year,he shifted to another flat on a posh area.

    This was a bigger flat than the previous one.All the family members were very happy.Suddenly, after a few months, there was considerable change observed in Robin’s attitude.He took some decisions like an imprudent man. He tried his luck in stock market . But, instead of investing wisely, he did some rash transactions and lost a substantial amount of money.His family members were really confused due to such a peculiar change in Rabin’s behaviour.

    In first two cases, we see sufficient confidence and lack of it respectively. But, in the immediate above case,i.e. in the Rabin’s case , we see an example of thoughtless overconfidence.

     I had chances of handling and studying each of these cases in my professional career.

    Basic question is what made Mr. Mehta to act so smartly in any given situation?

There is no question that he is very intelligent and hard working.Apart from that inherent qualities, an external factor plays very special and important role here.

   As per VASTU,there is a direction which lies between south and south east direction.This direction is called SOUTH-SOUTH-EAST. Basic balance in this direction should always be maintained to ensure steady and confident attitude of the inhabitants.

   When we observed this zone in Mr.Mehta’s place,there was perfect balance in this zone.Zonal strength was accurate.No anti colour or materials were present.As result, it helped him very much to retain the elegance in his personality and gain victory in his endeavours towards success.

    When I observed Samir’s flat,I noticed there was a toilet with blue coloured wall tiles in SOUTH-SOUTH-EAST (SSE).The toilet was constructed 6 months back.This was draining the energy of that zone out and causing decline in overall attitude of the main bread earner of the house, I.e. Samir.
